Nikki is out of pocket this morning, so I am posting this for her.
For me:
Early: Coffee (not enough either)
B: whole wheat penne and chicken in a light vodka sauce
L: tuna on flatbread from Subway
D: taco meat on baked tortilla chips with cheese
Meeting my WLS peeps from our support group for coffee tonight at Starbucks. Fun!

D: Leftover grilled chicken and broccoli/cauliflower
Had a really good weekend, just had too much sodium! Bad salt. lol
