Nikki is out of pocket this morning, so I am posting this for her. 

For me:

Early: Coffee (not enough either)
B: whole wheat penne and chicken in a light vodka sauce
L: tuna on flatbread from Subway
D: taco meat on baked tortilla chips with cheese

Meeting my WLS peeps from our support group for coffee tonight at Starbucks.  Fun!

L: the innards from a chicken terriyaki sub from Subway (leftover and might be mushy... might have to go out
D: smoked chicken and stir fry veggies

Still trying to make it 10 minutes on the rockin stepper... followed by Wii Fit and workout with the resistance bands

L: Salmon cup w/ mayo and a couple crackers
S: Special K protein drink
D: Try some teriaki marinated flank steak and veg. If the steak wont go down, then I'll make a nice thick shake. Since my last fill...icy thick shakes are keeping me full.
